* manual: Add info files, generated .texi files, texis list and timestamps
to svn:ignore list.

* manual: Ignore manual/stamp-summary as well.

* po: Ignore *.mo files; these are included in the distribution, so
they shouldn't be generated in the build tree, but we don't keep them
under revision control.
